CF/GF-filled blends dry like their base polymer. Ranges are consensus starting points — always check your manufacturer's spec if listed.
Purpose-built, holds accurate temps, and many let you print straight from the dryer. The best option if you print hygroscopic materials regularly.
Great airflow and stable low temps. Most spools need the trays removed and sometimes a taller ring. A favorite budget workhorse.
Works only if your oven is accurate and stable at low temperatures. Verify with a separate thermometer first — many home ovens swing ±15 °C, enough to ruin PLA or PETG.
Set the printer bed to the target temp, place the spool on it, and cover with a cardboard box to trap heat. Slow but free, and fine for PLA/PETG maintenance drying.
